RETURNS & EXCHANGE

This Return & Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs the process by which customers may request returns, exchanges, or replacements for products purchased from Gridiron Elites (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

- To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  1. Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  2. Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which it was received.

  3. All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  4. Items must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of use.

 

- We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not comply with these conditions.

 

Non-Returnable Items

- For health, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital products

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” at checkout

 

Return Process

- To initiate a return, customers must:

  1. Submit a return request through our Contact Page or email our support team at:

  2. Provide order number, customer name, and reason for return.

  3. Await approval and return instructions from our support team.

  4. Ship the item using the provided return instructions.

 

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item, defective product, etc.).

 

Exchange Process

- Exchanges are subject to product availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the same steps listed under Return Process.

  2. Specify the size, color, or product you wish to exchange for.

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange.

 

- If the requested item is unavailable, a merchandise exchange or store credit will be issued.

 

Refunds

- Absolutely no cash or card refunds. Patrons will be reimbursed for “eligible” items that are returned in the form of a merchandise exchange or a store credit.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items shipped by us.

 

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
 

- Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

- Gridiron Elites will cover replacement shipping costs for validated claims.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

- Gridiron Elites is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after proof of delivery is provided by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

Order Cancellations

- Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Policy Changes

- Gridiron Elites reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to our website. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
